Nintendo has announced 3DS games Pokémon X and Y, the next major instalments in the hugely successful handheld series. The games are due for release in Japan, North America and Europe all in the same month – a first for the series – October 2013.
To accompany the unveiling, Nintendo has released a Pokémon X & Y announcement trailer, filled with interesting details to absorb. We've watched the trailer several times and pulled out everything of interest.
Nintendo has announced Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for Nintendo 3DS. Speaking in a special, Pokemon-themed Nintendo Direct, Nintendo's president Satoru Iwata explained that the game will launch simultaneously.
